this card is ok but no nore.
it has no video in, and only a 1year warranty (compared to visiontek lifetime warranty)
plus the HSF is of very bad quality.
the performance is ok, even thou its the first ti500 i see
at that low price, its still expensive i think, compared to the ge4 4200 that is only few bux more.
oh and it has only 64mo of ram which is another con.
yes it has dvi and tv out, but anyway nvidia chips have very bad tv out quality compared to the ati's. (nvidia is working on it for the ge5 coming soon (2 months ?)).
althou the ge4 4200 sounds like a new card, its bout 6 months old ! it just was not manufactured in enought quantities for marketing purposes (they wanna sell u the more expensive cards first 4400 and 4600)
oh forgot important thing, now most monitors supports high refresh rate, and at my surprise this card supports only: 1280x1024 8/16/32 bit colors with 100Hz
1600x1200 8/16/32 bit colors with 85Hz
(85hz is the minimum tco99)
now the question to magasin en question, is this the retail box u selling ?
