Bonjour

Je suis chez colbanet depuis 2 ans et j'utilise le Siemens Speedstream 6520
pour infos, je possède une connexion ADSL 2+ (5 Mo)
et durant cette période je n'ai pas eu de problèmes avec mon routeur

et cette semaine , le routeur se met a redémarrer tout seul, il y a bcp de déconnexions, etc le voyant internet est soit éteint soit s'allume et s'éteint plusieurs fois
j'ai remplacé le routeur par un autre... et tjrs le même pb :cry:

le technicien de colba m'a dit que mon routeur n'était pas compatible ADSL 2+

finalement il a remplacé mon routeur avec un modem Zhone qui fonctionne parfaitement et m'a chargé 46 $ (aie aie aie) et veut me proposer leur routeur qui est aussi cher !!!!

est-ce qu'il est possible de reconfigurer le Speedstream 6520 (qui est supposé être compatible avec l'ADSL 2+) ???

Donc il s'agit d'un modem ADSL avec routeur intégré et pas d'un simple routeur!

$46 ce n'est pas si cher que ça, la trousse sympatico ou vidéotron est pas mal plus cher que ça.

Allez voir sur le site de Siemens pour vous trouver une mise à jour de firmware, ça pourrait règler le problème.

These files don't work for me right now ( I think because I'm not using the router setup on the 6520), however, they did work when I first got the modem. If you can't get it to work let me know and I will revisit the files.

en effet c un modem-routeur (configuré chez Bell)

les 46 $ c moins que ce charge les autres ISP , c vrai mais ce que je ne veux pas c'est payer leur modem+routeur qui coute au total 110 $, d'ou la raison d'upgrader le mien en ADSL 2+ !!!

sinon, j'ai consulté le site en question et j'ai aussi fouillé ailleurs ...j'ai trouvé 3 fichiers d'update firmwire:

Update_E752_AEY_106-65_1210_v1r.exe
Update_E752_A55_91-42_6152_v1r.exe

Update_E752_AF5_106-71_a056_v1s.exe

lequel est le plus récent?
faut-il exécuter deux fichiers ( V1r et V1s) ??? ?

Copiez le text ci-dessous en html dans un fichier notepad et sauvegardez le avec une extension htm.

Il s'agit d'un fichier de configuration.

Pour ce qui est des dates de vos fichiers de firmware, je n'ren sais rien.

Il vous faudra les essayer.

Commencez par mon fichier de configuration en html, ça l'air que pour plusieurs le problème c'est règle avec ça.

g pu accéder aux paramètres du modem (pppoE , DNS , etc) , seulement je ne connais pas ceux de Colbanet ???
le support technique est-il supposé les donner ??

faut-il juste configurer mon modem comme pour une connexion ADSL 2+ ordinaire ?

j'ai beau essayer rien ne marche !

visiblement speedstream 6520 n'est pas compatible avec colbanet !!!!

je vais donc changer de modem routeur

avez-vous des suggestions : DLink , 2Wire, ... qui soit compatible ADSL 2+ avec Colbanet

ca ne me tente pas d'acheter leur modem de marque Zhone !!!
