Remove all comments that may be libelous. For example, a comment stating "Mrs. Jones is having an affair with Mr. Smith" must be deleted, even if it is true.
Remove comments containing vulgar or profane words.
Remove comments that are threatening in any way.
Remove comments that are sexual in nature.
Remove comments that are demeaning/degrading about physical appearance. We do not allow name-calling and insults in the comments, even if the comment is true. It's just not relevant and can cause hurt feelings. We only allow non-relevant comments that are positive, like "he's cute". Again, they can't be sexual in nature. Remove comments like "he has bad breath", even if it's true. And remove any name-calling like "he's a moron".
Remove comments that insinuate or state mental/alcohol/drug use or problems. We have no way of confirming such statements, and they open the site up to huge liability.
Remove comments that insinuate or state problems with the law (like "He is out on probation now"). Also remove comments that state "he was fired", or "he is on probation with the school". Comments that say "he SHOULD be fired" are OK, since it's stated as an opinion.
Remove comments that have to do with race, religion, ethnic background, or sexual preference. However, comments about thick or heavy accents are OK, since this is relevant to teaching ability.
Remove comments that contain names, initials, urls or email addresses.

QUESTIONABLE RATINGS SHOULD BE REFERRED TO OUR STAFF.
PROBLEMS WITH TEACHERS, SUCH AS A TEACHER BEING IN THE DATABASE TWICE, SHOULD BE REFERRED TO OUR STAFF FOR HANDLING.
YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED EACH DAY YOU HAVE NEW RATINGS TO REVIEW. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ASSIGNED RATINGS AND NEW TEACHERS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BEING EMAILED; SOONER IS EVEN BETTER. IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE ON VACATION, PLEASE LET US KNOW.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES WILL BE CAUSE FOR YOUR REMOVAL AS AN ADMIN.
You might not agree with some of our policies, but they have served us well over the years and kept us out of court. We need to err on the conservative side, or it is entirely possible the website could be shut down.
